Our sourdough loaves are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in SF. This boule is studded with Kalamata Olives and seasoned with Herbs de Provence.

Orders placed by 10am PST MONDAY are shipped on WEDNESDAY by USPS Priority Mail.

Refrigerate immediately upon arrival, refrigerated loaves should last ~1.5 weeks.
Slice before freezing, frozen loaves will last a couple months.
Best when toasted.

Each loaf is 24 oz and approximately 5″ in diameter x 5″ tall
