Stuffing mix does not need to be refrigerated.

STUFFING MIX INGREDIENTS
GF flour (sorghum flour*, millet flour*, cassava flour*), starter (water, brown rice flour*), psyllium husk*, sea salt, sunflower oil*

YK’S PLANT BASED STUFFING RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350°. Line or grease a 9×9 dish. Prepare flax egg by combining 1tbsp ground flax with 2.5 tbsp water, set aside. In a skillet, combine 1/2 a diced onion, 2 ribs diced celery, salt and pepper in 1 tbsp oil or plant based butter. Sauté 5 min, set aside. To a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, 2 cups veggie broth (should be the consistency of meatloaf, if dry, add more broth), sautéed veggies, flax egg, 1/2 cup cooked lentils (optional), and 1/2 tsp dried sage (and/or any other herbs you like). Transfer to prepared pan, cover with foil, and bake for 45 min. Remove foil, turn up oven to 400°, and bake for 10-15 min until top is well browned and crisp. Let cool and enjoy!
