The Story of Young Kobras - A Gluten-Free Bakery in San Francisco
Young Kobras was founded by Geoff, a San Franciscan vegan baker. While working at a cafe that specializes in healthy and allergen friendly food, he was continually disappointed by the gluten-free items. Every ingredient label listed gums, starches, and refined flours – nothing with any health value.
He knew there had to be a better option. Working with only simple, whole ingredients (like his mom, a dietician, taught him) Geoff spent over a year experimenting and perfecting a delicious gluten-free sourdough bread. And so Young Kobras was born: serving up fresh, nutritious, gluten-free bread like you’ve never tasted before.
