Best GF/allergen-free bread available. It’s not even close.

I cut gluten from my diet 16 years ago and all grains 11 years ago. Every GF brand of bread I tried just replaced gluten with corn and various gums (which are not good for me). In the midst of a severe illness, I decided to add rice back into my diet. And shortly thereafter, I discovered Young Kobras. It so far surpasses any GF bread on the market: It’s full of good ingredients, it hangs together well, and tastes wonderful. It reminds me of the sourdough bread I used to eat many years ago. I like to toast it lightly with a little butter and then make sandwiches with it, or cover it in almond butter. It’s worth every cent I’ve spent on it.
