Dry crust

Hi, I’m sorry to say but the crust is extremely hard and dry. Some parts I couldn’t even eat. I bought your rosemary bread earlier which I loved. This time I thought I’ll try the original one but didn’t like it. Is there a difference in the ingredients between those two? Besides the rosemary?

Hmm that's odd! The olive herb is the same recipe as the original just with the addition of olives + rosemary. There is of course some natural changes batch to batch because of the wild fermentation we use but shouldn't be too noticeable! Please email hi@youngkobras.com and we'll get you a replacement or a refund :)

Great flavor

It's so nice to find real sourdough. The bread has an excellent flavor. I particularly enjoyed the olive variety with some cream cheese. It's a little dense but comes sliced nice and thin.

I LOVE these loaves. They taste good and are good for you, with a generous amount of fiber, made with sourdough starter, and only a few ingredients. It's also rare to find GF bread that's nutritious without nut flour. I have to pace myself or I'd eat them before the month is up. I keep them in the freezer and then just toast the slices as needed.

My bread got moldy extremely fast
