    This is a 2-pack of our sourdough large (full) loaves: each loaf is 44oz aka a LOT of bread, at a good value. They are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in the Bay Area. They have a deliciously tangy taste that goes with everything.

    Make sure to select "unsliced" from the dropdown if you are looking for your loaves to come unsliced.

    ORIGINAL: Sourdough starter (water, organic brown rice flour), organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic flax meal, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt

    Care

    Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months.

    We ship freshly baked bread Mondays through Thursdays. All orders placed AFTER 9am PST on Sundays will ship the following week. Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 1 week and freeze for up to 6 months.

    Great bread - a regular staple in my diet. Great service

    I've been buying this bread for years and love it. I freeze all the loaves and just warm up (sandwiches) or toast as needed. the crust is nice and crunchy and any other bread at this point seems so flimsy! They also have great customer service and corrected an order right away when I had a problem.

    Great bread! Bad shipping

    First I want to start off by saying their products are AMAZING and I have zero bad to say about that. Their bread is by far the best and they truly care about it and their products. But I do want to point out to people who may not know. They have trouble with shipping. They claim that if you order before Tuesday at 9 am it WILL be shipped same week but this is not true. I have ordered before the time stated many times and had to wait two week for my order to ship. I suffer from many food allergies and this is one of the only breads I can eat so I buy it regularly. I have to order in bulk because I know I’ll run out before they ship it. I’m currently in one of those situations and have no bread to eat because they didn’t ship it in the time frame they put in their website.

    But again the bread is worth it. And they truly are nice people.
