    Each loaf is 22oz. They are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in the Bay Area. They have a deliciously tangy taste with a classic rye flavor from the caraway.

    JUST LIKE RYE: Sourdough starter (water, organic brown rice flour), organic buckwheat flour, organic sorghum flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic apple cider vinegar, organic flax meal, organic caraway seeds, sea salt

    Care

    Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months.

    I really enjoy this read. It tastes just like rye bread to me!

    Love this bread!

    It is gluten free, but still tastes like rye which has been greatly missed since going gluten free. The texture is very nice, which can be difficult to achieve in gluten free baking. It makes excellent toast and sandwiches! It is a bit high on the carbs, but this is somewhat mitigated because it is sourdough, and can be easily compensated further by including more protein like tuna, cheese, hummus. I love this bread and will definitely buy from Young Kobras again!!

    That's My Rye!

    I love this bread so much!!! It is delicious and satisfying in every way and has become my new Young Kobra favorite (although I still purchase the original sourdough and mission fig versions.) I use this bread for toasted tempeh sandwiches, and peanut butter and jelly toast!
