JUST LIKE RYE: Sourdough starter (water, organic brown rice flour), organic buckwheat flour, organic sorghum flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic apple cider vinegar, organic flax meal, organic caraway seeds, sea salt

Care

Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months.

I thought the flavor was good but it is really dry and dense which is not how sourdough is. I brought it to a party and my friends did not really like it or finish their piece. Oh well.

My Favorite Breakfast

Every morning I have 2 slices of my Just Like Rye bread toasted with a half avocado smashed on top, with a sliced hard boiled egg and a sprinkle of salt. It has been my "go to" breakfast for months! The best breakfast that goes with any beverage hot or cold.
