    Each loaf is 22oz. They are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in the Bay Area. They have a deliciously tangy taste with a classic rye flavor from the caraway.

    JUST LIKE RYE: Sourdough starter (water, organic brown rice flour), organic buckwheat flour, organic sorghum flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic apple cider vinegar, organic flax meal, organic caraway seeds, sea salt

    Care

    Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months.

    We ship freshly baked bread Mondays through Thursdays. All orders placed AFTER 9am PST on Sundays will ship the following week. Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 1 week and freeze for up to 6 months.

    Not sure if it was b/c I live in the east coast but the rye imitation loaves were not as expected. The texture was quite tough and it was hard to toast without making it so hard it was inedible. One loaf had a spot of mold on it.

    Bought these for my kids who are food sensitive and gluten free. They loved them and had been looking for some kind of rye bread they could eat. Hope they will be available again when they finish these four loaves. Thanks for baking these!
