Over the years I have tried many many types of gluten free bread. Young Kobras outshines them all. I've tried all the varieties and they are all very good. I especially like the Seeded Buckwheat, the new buns, and Cinnamon Raisin. I hope they make Cinnamon Raisin a regular offering.

So yummy with a touch of sweetness

Love the cinnamon raisin sourdough bread. Made my kitchen smell heavenly when I was toasting it. Would like it sweetened with coconut sugar or dates over cane sugar, but that’s a personal preference.
