So yummy with a touch of sweetness

Love the cinnamon raisin sourdough bread. Made my kitchen smell heavenly when I was toasting it. Would like it sweetened with coconut sugar or dates over cane sugar, but that’s a personal preference.

I have been enjoying the buckwheat and mission fig loaves for a few years.
Tried the new cinn-raisin loaves just recently. I ‘m okay with flavor a full of raisins but, the texture is drier and crust is too crispy for my taste.
I like to toast these breads and this one missed the mark for me when t I toast it for rhose reasons.

I originally found your bread on Amazon, I was looking for gluten free, organic bread. When the bread arrives I put unbleached waxed paper squares between the slices so when frozen I can easily take out 1 or 2 slices. I have tried the white, rye and raisin breads, love them all, thank you for baking these breads.
