Best Buckwheat GF Bread

Hi All. You have definitely made a great sourdough GF Buckwheat bread but it does need to be toasted. I have found most GF breads to be grainy and fall apart without toasting. This bread is also good pan toasted with eggs or your favorite food.

First time trying.

Tried Young Cobras breads for first time. Ordered original and the fig bread. Both tasted great toasted. The bread is dense so takes a while to toast and does not turn very brown. My only concern is that you need to use it up pretty fast with the lack of preservatives. We refrigerated it right away, but the original loaf had small mold spots appearing on the crust within 5 days.
