Care

Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 3 months.

Great GF sourdough

I really love this gluten-free sourdough and particularly that it has no gums in it! Usually, I make my own bread but I haven’t tried making sourdough yet. I love the fact that it has whole grains and the flavor and texture is great! The only downside is it is a bit expensive for me, but because I avoid gums and want whole grains, it has been worth it. This time I tried the olive herb as well as the regular sourdough. I like the olive bread, although I feel it could use more olives, I would also prefer black olives over green. However, it’s still good. I love the rosemary on it! I’d recommend both.

This is one of the best GF breads I have ever tried. I recently tried the buckwheat variety and really enjoyed it as well!

Versatile and flavorful Gluten Free Sourdough Breads

The bread is fresh and is delicious.Toasts well with crispy edges. It reminds me of the bread I use to eat in Europe. Better than regular yeast gluten free type breads. My favorite is the seeded buckwheat. Lots of flavor with a crunch!
