This is a 2-pack of our sourdough large (full) loaves: each loaf is 44oz aka a LOT of bread, at a good value. They are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in the Bay Area. They have a deliciously tangy taste that goes with everything.

Make sure to select "unsliced" from the dropdown if you are looking for your loaves to come unsliced. 

Ingredients

ORIGINAL: Sourdough starter (water, organic brown rice flour), organic sorghum flour, organic millet flour, organic tapioca flour, organic psyllium husk, organic flax meal, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt

Care

Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 3 months.

Best when toasted.

Wonderful gluten free

This is the best gluten free bread by far and the customer service is excellent!

Not like it used to be

My last two orders have been very dry. There used to be a moistness to this bread, such that you could eat it fresh when it arrived (my guilty pleasure). The last two orders were so crumbly , hard, and dry. I know the location move and oven issues have been a problem, but I hope you guys can get back to the good bread you used to serve. On a positive note, I didn’t have to dry out pieces for stuffing- used them right out of the bag as they were already in a hard enough state for Thanksgiving stuffing!
