    This is a 2-pack of our sourdough large (full) loaves: each loaf is 44oz aka a LOT of bread, at a good value. They are vegan, gum-free, wholegrain, naturally fermented, and baked in the Bay Area. They have a deliciously tangy taste that goes with everything.

    Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival: refrigerate for up to 1 week, freeze for up to 6 months.

    We ship freshly baked bread Mondays through Thursdays. All orders placed AFTER 9am PST on Sundays will ship the following week. Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 1 week and freeze for up to 6 months.

    Nonexistent Customer Service

    Disappointing customer service from what seems like a highly regarded company. Bread was shipped a week late and then delayed in transit for a week in warm weather states. So two weeks after ordering, I received bread that is no longer edible. Emailed several times throughout to notify the company of the delays and have not received a single response or attempt to correct the issue.

    Makes delicious toast. Very hearty and chewy. I love it.

    Dense and dry

    This was not the bread I was expecting unfortunately. The flavor is decent but the crumb is so dense and the bread is dry. I realize this good soft gf bread with open crumb is hard to achieve when shipping. I will not be buying again.
