This is my second order. I had to experiment with my oven temp and pan after my first attempt to create a great pizza. I used a pizza stone the first time but that didn't turn out so well. I had to scrape off the stone. The second time I used a baking sheet as I did not have a pizza pan. That worked out great. Another trick I learned from another experience using GF dough was to coat my hands in olive oil first and to avoid kneading and manipulating the dough very much. The only draw back for me is that one packet can make two pizzas and I am the only person eating! I am not sure if the dough once mixed can be frozen. I will continue to experiment. I also found that the pizza came out better if I didn't put the sauce directly on the dough before cooking. I added the tomato sauce on top of the veggie toppings then the cheese. This prevented the dough from getting too moist and soggy. Overall I really enjoyed the taste and experimenting. I topped with red peppers, onion, garlic, eggplant, tomato sauce, italian shredded 3 cheese toppings.
